The metal helmet is crafted to look like the skull of a great and fearsome lion, its jaws open wide revealing the wearer's face. However, the most distinguishing feature of the helm are the two teeth protruding from the top of the jaw, each nearly 4 inches long.
When the wearer has an enemy grappled, he may make a free attack against his target using the teeth of the helm. For purposes of the attack, treat this as a natural attack that deals 1d4 piercing damage with a 20/x2 critical threat. The wearer can also chose to bury the sabers deep into his enemy, giving him a +2 bonus to grapple checks to sustain the grapple against the target. However, if he does so then he cannot make any further attacks until the grapple is released.
